100% local! CSquared is family-owned and proud to be part of the Last Mountain Lake community.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy
Standard Returns: Items purchased within 90 days with a valid sales receipt and government-issued ID are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.
Exceptions: Mechanical parts, cut goods, pre-fabricated items, opened packages, and special orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be non-returnable.
Members: Customers with a membership may be able to return items without a receipt.
Do you carry seasonal stuff?
Yep! Summer means docks, beach gear, and cottage must-haves. Winter means antifreeze, ice melt, and rodent-proofing. If it’s the season, we’ve got you covered.
What if you don’t have what I need in stock?
If we don’t have it on the shelf, just ask—we can usually bring it in for you. Our supplier network is wide, and with Orgill Canada alone we have access to over 75,000 products. Chances are, if you need it, we can find it! Visit the Order Desk for details.

Can I clean my AC condenser coils with just water?
👉 Quick Tip: Yes!
99.9% of the time you can clean the coils with water. It may only clean them 98%, but that’s worth more than potentially decreasing life of the unit by damaging the fins.
Power Off – Shut off the AC at the thermostat and the breaker/disconnect.
Dry Clean First – Use a soft brush and vacuum to remove loose dust and debris.
Rinse – Use a steady stream of water from a garden hose to avoid damaging the delicate fins.Spray from the outside in to push dirt out.Do not use a pressure washer.
Dry – allow the unit to dry for a few hours before turning the power back on.
How often should I change a furnace filter?
👉 Quick Tip: Every 90 days is typical, but if you have pets or allergies, check monthly.
What size furnace filter do I need?
👉 Quick Tip: Check the side of your old filter — the size is printed right on the cardboard frame. If you can’t find it, measure the length × width × depth in inches.
Can I leave my Candock in the water all winter?
👉 Quick Tip: It depends on your conditions.
In regions with harsh winters and ice movement, it’s best to remove the dock and store it on a flat outdoor surface. Last Mountain Lake installations would definitely fit in this category!
In areas where there is no ice movement, you can leave your Candock in place all winter long.
Leaving it in the water can save you time and reduce costs related to winter storage and spring reinstallation.
One of the greatest advantages of Candock is modularity: the cubes disassemble quickly, move easily, and store compactly if removal is necessary.
How do I keep mice out of my cabin?
